Why are there so many typos, bad spelling and grammar on this blog?

I am dyslexic, not sometimes I mix up letters and numbers but full-blown Churchill, Tarantino, Richard Branson dyslexic.  I like to think it gives me an interesting brain and a different way at looking at the world  (or universe; Einstein was also dyslexic) on other days it’s just a pain in the ass.  I do my best to edit and spell check, but there will be errors. (I just can’t see them)  If it drives you nuts, maybe this just isn’t the blog for you.

Didn’t you use to be Emma-Kate Croghan?

I have really been asked this question more than once! I also get lots of other variations’ on it. What it really means is  “Didn’t you once do publicity?” Of course ironically I am more authentically "Emma-Kate Croghan" now than when I was being profiled in the New York Times. While I do miss directing and hope to being doing it again very soon (watch this space) I don’t miss the publicity. For those of you still dying to know what “happened” to me, check out the about page.  Life has been very full just not full of publicity.
